What we collect

When you create a card, Cardlete receives the photo you upload and the brief you write (sport, name, number, colours, moment). When you buy, our payment processor collects your email, phone, payment details and Australian delivery address; Cardlete never receives or stores your card number. To keep your work recoverable, Cardlete stores a signed generation-credit entitlement in your browser plus generation and order references.

How it is used

When you press Generate, your selected photo and brief are sent securely to Higgsfield to create the requested artwork — that is the only reason they are sent. Order details are used to produce and deliver your card and to contact you about your artwork. We do not sell personal information.

Your photos

Only upload photos you own or have permission to use, including permission for the person's likeness. A parent or guardian must approve submissions involving minors. Permission from an estate or rights holder may be required for deceased or public figures.

Access and deletion

Email support@cardlete.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information and handle access and deletion requests promptly.
