Generation credits
A credit is returned automatically when a generation request is definitively rejected before Higgsfield accepts it. Uncertain provider responses are held for support review so you are never charged twice for the same request.
Physical orders
The Collector Edition is made to order and production starts only after you approve the artwork. If Cardlete cannot accept or fulfil your order, Cardlete will issue a full refund.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this page limits those rights or remedies.
